I spoke with Dean today, and he's actually going to take a break from the moving and come on over for the picnic around 1 PM.
Despite all the work that still needs to be done, he probably needs a break even more.

Ok I only have my phone and im not sure how well I will be able to internet surf on it at the game.  I need to know what is happening and where to go.  Someone please call or better yet text me to keep me up to date on what's happening.  We have no trouble going to deans to help but since we will be doing this On the fly I need to know where everyone is.  I have a change of clothes, so we can go straight to Deans if need be...

the # is seven seven zero- five nine six- two seven four three... please let me know what and where or at least who to call or text when we are leaving the game.

Good turn-out, heaps of fun, Anne and I really enjoyed it. Thank you all for coming and participating.

However.............

.........and this really bothered me.......

...........if you come to my house and break bread with me, the way I was raised, YOU AT LEAST SAY GOODBYE TO THE LADY OF THE HOUSE!

Leaving after you've gotten what you came for, without saying a word, is behaviour indicative of bad manners.
I don't really care if you say goodbye to me, but I think my wife deserves at least that much respect after all the trouble she went thru making sure that all is prepared.

Other than that, we had a great time! ;D

Melanie and I were among the guilty.  After Mel walked up the hill, she was worn out and couldn't make it back down to say goodbye, but she did call Anne about 7:15 to say goodbye and to thank her for the day.  Melanie said she really enjoyed herself and the company.

Thank You, Thank Anne and all who came.

I thought Pat and I said goodbye.
Sorry if we didn't.
By the time we got home I went straight for the REALLY  strong
pain medication and wrapped up in my blanket to get warm and
fell asleep.

NO, Charlie, Mel, Pat & Linda are not among the guilty!

I'm sure the person(s) I am referring to hardly ever read our forum, except when they need help or parts, but I needed to speak my mind.

We are sorry Mel felt bad after going up the hill, but we are glad she was able to come over as long as she did.

Linda, sorry you were in pain, but happy you came over too.

And we also liked the fact that some new faces showed up, Fiero owners or not!

Some of the Fieros that came to the picnic:

Roger's Formula

Jeffrey's 88 GT

Tim's 308

And of course, the Fiero that had been there the whole time

It's too far back to remember specifics, but there was no shortage of food.

Ahhh....I remember it like it was yesterday (especially my extremely hot Cajun chicken sausage!).

Good times we had. Anne, Shanine & I sure miss them and all of you guys.

BTW: Now that we have a Fiero in our stall again, Shanine has been contemplating............  ;D
