NE Georgia Swap Meet
« on: May 10, 2012, 07:28:02 pm »
I realize the pikinik ;-) is this weekend, but perhaps we can all make it to next month's swap meet (I can't make it to the pikinik). Notice the club invitation...
Email him & have him put you on his mailing list. I think there is also a car show each month: I'll find out more about it.

NE Georgia Swap Meet News Letter

Our next show is Saturday, May 12 at the Commerce Dragway. Note that this is the SECOND Saturday this month, due to the Southern Nationals event at the track.

Mustangs Unlimited called and said they are liquidating Mopar, GM parts from their warehouse, and will bringing a bunch of it to the show. They might also have some aftermarket stuff that

I just got an email from Brad (the organizer) & there isn't a car show yet - just the swap meet. But with clubs getting in free as vendors or spectators we should try to make it next month. May be able to make a lot of Fiero connections there (& sell parts).

Didn't have any luck selling anything. Of course, couldn't get that much in the BMW anyway.
My electric is probably going to be cut off Mon. or Tues., so I won't be able to answer any emails or PMs for a while after that.
Just wanted to let everyone know in case you tried to contact me & didn't hear back.
Charlie has my phone number if anyone wants parts (or the T-Top or anything for that matter at this time). It should last for a day or two after the electric is off.
EDIT: I have a guy bringing me his airplane for finish fiberglass work. He bumped up his schedule to help me keep my electric on. If the folks there will delay for a couple days I should be OK.
Thanks,

Well the guy got called to the far east today & won't be able to bring the plane or the money.  I called the electric co. & got an extension. I have until Fri. to pay it.

My landlord told me if I wanted to have a swapmeet at my shop I could. All I have to do is get my utilities turned on but to do that I have to show them a years contract that I will be there for at leat a year then pay $230.00 and they will turn it on. If your swap meet doesn't work let me know. I still have a bunch of parts. But you might need to change the name of this topic to include both states.

Got it paid in time, so I can still work.   :P
If anyone needs anything done let me know.
Ready for that paintjob, Rob?

Just as soon as I find a way to get it down there. Then I have to get me a garage built to store it in.
