Need Ball Joint Press
« on: October 09, 2012, 10:54:19 pm »
Does anyone have a ball joint press to loan that will work on the early model ball joints?  I can rent one at Advance, but it may take me several days to complete the change, depending upon family needs and weather.

3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

Are you referring to a press to put the joints in, or the separator to split them from the upright?  If it is the former, I can't help...if it is the latter, I can bring one with me to the meeting this weekend.

I have Chaz's separator/pickle fork.  It's the C clamp style device to press the lower ball joint out and in that I need.
