Owen, a friend I used to work with who lives up in Forsyth County stopped with his wife on Friday afternoon to pick up some adult beverage at a local liquor store in Cumming. He said he parked in right in front and his wife went in to get the spirits.
He said he sat there for about 20 minutes and his wife hadn't come back out. There had been only 1 other car in the lot and the man driving it had come out and left. So, he got out and went inside to see what was taking so long. When he got inside, he didn't see his wife anywhere and the only people he saw were the 2 men behind the counter.
He asked them about his wife and they said they hadn't seen her, but maybe they were busy with the other customer and maybe she'd gone into the restroom. Owen said he went to the restroom and the door was partially open and she wasn't in there. He kinda got a little scared and went back to the clerks and described her but they said that if she had come into the store they hadn't seen her
Owen said he was pretty sure she didn't come out the front and he knew she didn't come out with the man that left and she had no reason to leave without him. He went back outside and got into his car and left. He went down the street and turned around and came back up through the parking lot of the business next door and pulled in behind the store.
He went to the back door but it was locked. Then he said he went over to another door and it opened. He went into a little hallway and there was a door on either side. One of them was like a janitors closet and the other one had the power switch boxes and stuff in it. He went a few feet further and went into the store room. He found his wife in the store room all tied up with a gag in her mouth. He said he told her to be quiet and he untied her and they went back out the back door, got in their car and went down the street a short ways and called the county police. She said the men didn't hurt her, but when they got her tied up, all they did was lick her all over from head to toe.
When the police got there they took their information and went back up to the store with Owen and his wife so she could identify them. After about 15 minutes, the Sheriff's Deputies told them there was nothing they could do because there was no crime committed.
