a few items
« on: March 30, 2014, 02:05:27 pm »
I have a few items checked off of the last in the last few days: New brake pads & rotors all of the way around, changed out the bad taillight bulb, changed out the EGR solenoid, redneck repaired the AJAR light, and got the 3rd brakeligt working. Apparently the 3rd brake light works better when the bulb is actually installed. Oops, must've missed that one.

Also put the spoiler back on...... you can really feel the difference in the downforce....... NOT. But the car does look a lot more betterer.

LOL.  I had to change the angle on all of mine.  Dropped the rear of the spoiler a bit because it tended to cause the front wheels to lift off the ground when I got over 55.

Maybe you need a NASCAR style splitter on the front?

I think the fiero could benefit from a splitter on the rear....kind of like a boat.  That way, it will plane out quickly..... ;)

The faster that happens, the more skateboarders you can tow.

Scott has a much better venue.  He lives at the north end of the Alpharetta Autobahn (Ga. 400)  It has very few curves to slow you down.  It's a distance of about 70 miles and I do believe some people try to make the trip in an hour---in morning rush hour traffic.

You can make it in an hour, as long as you don't run over a ladder, bucket of paint....

I had to take the wife to get a blood test yesterday.  As we were leaving the subdivision, a Chevy Trailblazer came down the main road with the tailgate lifted.  Tucked in close to the back bumper was a guy on a bike.  Hope they had a matress in the back just in case the vehicle driver had to brake suddenly.
