I think with about $20 taxes and fees, it's around $135 a night.
There are three kinds of men:

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

Anyone who's going, let's help Pat get some of the raffle items up to the event.  If Pat can bring some of them to the meeting tomorrow, we can load them into our cars and share the load.

Hopefully, my wife will recover enough to stay out of the hospital.  If not, I'll still make the trip up there to bring tshirts and whatever raffle items I have.

As you prepare for RFTH, think about how you're going to post pictures and videos.

Without documentation this is just an event a bunch of Fiero owners went to and (maybe) talked about.

With documentation you have a way of letting folks know how much fun Fieros can be.

I know I have more fun going 0-speed limit in my Fiero than any Corvette, Camaro, or Mustang owner has.

For many years I filmed the runs and we sold videos of them.  Interest waned and they just became my collection of archives.  There are always lots of pictures taken but many keep them, or at least the majority of them, to themselves.  Most of the club officials have their hands full keeping things organized and moving and don't have a lot of time for picture-taking.

I think some of the out-of-state people probably put pictures up on their own club websites and a few of those get shared on Pennocks, but it's just not like it used to be.  Facebook and other social stuff is taking away from traditional websites.  Then there's the migration over to using cell phones as a sole means of internet connections and many cell phones can't post pictures to a website.  My phone won't even let me attach a picture that I've taken with the phone and it's difficult to share it in any manner except social media.

Hopefully, this year we'll have enough of our club members there that we can get a decent number of pictures.  Pat is usually pretty good at bringing back a bunch.

Just before RFTH make a "RFTH 2015 pictures" topic.

Ask participants to post links to their photos there.

They can use flick, FB, google images/groups, etc.  Just make the photos Public.

Good idea, Paul.  Thanks.

Now, everyone reading this, take your pictures and share them here.  Be sure to make any links public if you aren't using our image poster.  You can even post here using Pennocks PIP, which is similar to our own image poster.

There may be some rooms available at the other hotels I listed if you can't get a suitable one at the Helendorf.

How will everyone fit in your Fiero?

Rocking chairs on the rear deck again?
