Paul and Kanga...
It was nice to finally meet you guys. I'm sorry I didn't realize who you were until quite late in the proceedings. Mea Culpa.
I got busy trying to watch Ron S do the program tweaks to Ron768s ECM (while trying to stay out of the way at the same time.)

Same here. Welcome to our madness. I'm really glad you and everyone else made the trip and hope to see y'all again!
You can't fix stupid but, you can adjust it with a 2x4.

Glad you didn't say sprint.  Wouldn't stand a chance.

Raydar, what's your dash holder called?

Sprint? That would just kill me outright...

I think the Fiero Store called it a console tray. Check the mall on Pennocks. Someone had one for sale, recently. Think it was brown, so you'd have to paint it.

What I noticed was the accessory glove box on the passenger side.  A nice addition for bulkier items that won't fit into the door or console pockets.  I think those aren't being made any more.

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

There it is, page one of the Fiero Store catalog.
84-88 Console Tray.

Only took me a few days to get that far on page one.  :-\

They're making them again? Awesome! I was thinking they were out of production.

Yeah... the glove box is one of the more useful things I've found, as well.
Unfortunately, those are done, too.
Paul Vargyas was doing a similar one, but he suddenly stopped production. I sort of got the idea that people on Pennocks were b*tching about the price, so he said "screw it". He never said that in so many words, however.

I think Paul bites his tongue a lot.  He told me that there were a lot of reasons he stopped.  He didn't mention people complaining, but led me to believe that some sort of repairs to the equipment were needed.  I think it was a matter of too much work.  His version was the better version, though.

Did these continue, or was it a one and done thing?

I believe this may become a new product offered by slammed.  It has been discussed in one of her threads about a modern upgraded interior.

I meant the Sonic thing.  Did they go around the state?

I'm curious how participation went.  3 hours' drive would probably be the max I'd drive, but probably not to a Sonic.  Other people have different circumstances.

The first one had about a dozen cars. After that, they kind of dwindled. 5-6 cars.
Longest I ever had to drive was about 2 hours.
We had one guy drive from Macon to NE Georgia, and another drove from Huntsville AL.
tshark... How far would you have to drive to attend?
