I was Very surprised to find the release bearing in good shape. The problem is one of the springs on the clutch took a dump and was kind enough to wedge itself behind some of the throwout fingers. Depending on how the swap goes, i might keep the Muncie.

Just curious, but how do you get that spring out?  I know Ron went with an F23.  Do the fingers open outward?

If you remove the pressure plate, the detached spring and the clutch disk will fall out.

3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers
