If there's anything you want to discuss, add it to this list.

Board of Directors Meeting to be held at beginning of regular meeting.

There are three kinds of men:

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

How about a Greensboro Cruise-in?

They have DQ and Yesterday's Cafe (great buttermilk pie).

Just off I-20.

We'll get around that way.  Probably closer to Augusta.  We're zigzagging back and forth across the state.

Can the Club become a charitable organization?  Why am I asking?  Because of this link:
http://atlanta.craigslist.org/wat/cto/5476772227.html

This gentleman wants his cars gone for some reason.  He will sell a few, maybe sell a few parts off some others, then scrap them.  But most likely, he wants to see the cars preserved and running again.  After all, he loves Fieros enough to have 20!

By becoming a charity, he could donate his cars to a group that shares his passion (that's us) and be entitled to (This is after very limited research into IRS motor vehicle donation rules) a $500 deduction on his income.  For most folks that equals about $165 real-money savings; or about the profit from scrapping a Fiero.

Yes, I know there are problems with this idea.  For openers, how to gather and where to store donated Fieros.

Perhaps this idea can be discussed during the March meeting?

The club is a nonprofit charity corporation.  Read Club Documents Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws.  The big problem as you surmise would be storage as all of us live in subdivisions.
