Took the Fiero for a drive to Clark's Hill Lake.  Guy with a Jeep Gladiator came over and chatted for awhile about how good my car looks.  Maybe it was the water, the view, or maybe my car looks that good.  You decide: https://photos.app.goo.gl/cixhwYkAXzHxQa598

Wasn't today, but was working on the Vette last week when a guy pulled up and asked me about my sweet 240..... I told him it was a fiero and he just looked confused.

No, the Fiero and Vette are nose to tail.

Stopped for fuel today and a guy came from several pumps over to talk about the Fiero.  Then on the way to pick up the granddaughter,  as I turned a corner I got a thumbs up from a guy in an old VW Squareback.

On the way home from the meeting today, I was stopped at a traffic light.  I looked up in the mirror in time to see a driver behind me snapping pictures of the rear of the car.  Probably the decal caught his eye.

Saw someone heading North on 75 this morning in a yellow fiero with 555 in the license plate. Tried to get up next to them to wave and see who was driving.... Which is exactly when the infamous front end drift in the newer F series trucks decided to slide me towards them. So sorry I came too close to you if that was you, was trying to wave.

Took the Fiero for about an hour ride, yesterday, down some of the truly isolated country roads, down here.
Nobody really seemed to care except for a couple of guys standing outside their carport on Roosterville Rd. (Yes. That's really a road/place.) As I passed, the look on one of their faces clearly said, "What in the hell..?"

We went for a long drive today in "The Little Black Car".  In Brevard we stopped for Ice Cream and a couple of Motor Cycles pulled in.  We were admiring their bikes and they were asking about the Fiero.  Later at Ceasars Head lookout a very young couple were admiring the car.  It was a beautiful day and a wonderful drive.  We had a couple of cars pull off to let us get past and had a few tried to stay with us but very quickly disappeared in the mirror.
At 81 I still feel like a 20 year old when I get behind the wheel.
Stay safe;
