Does the AC work (Doesn't look AC equipped)?

I just looked at the interior pic, closely. That's a "non-A/C" control head. Has two sliders instead of a slider and buttons.

Let me just say that GTXVette has probably summarized this very well.

I have never driven this on the street. I can't answer the detailed questions you are asking.

If you are looking for a perfect car (minus a clutch) for $1K, I think you should probably look elsewhere. If you are looking for a car that has been completed, sorted, and driven for a decade that is still a project, but a very good opportunity for $1K, then we are in agreement.

Completely agree this is a very good opportunity for $1K.  Just want to know if I'll need to put in another $1K for tires.  Then another $500 for X.  And then another $350 for Y.  And then...

Pg,  85,  One Word  will solve these Questions, as ya'll are pretty Close.     ROAD TRIP !  and Free Delivery, that's the cost of a clutch and TO bearing right there.
I am glad he's selling it, that would have been a good show right there / A turbo 3.4 vs. a 3800 SC.  I'm glad 'cause I would have had my hands full with that one.

Um, that's two words...

You're right.  Not sure our wardens wives will let us out on a trip that may result in another Fiero.

PM me your address and when you're available.

Tires have good tread. I'm not sure how you approach stuff like this, but I never assume tires on a project car are any good at all, especially for performance driving.  It's a bad idea. So, I would suggest new tires as a safety measure, because that's what I always do. But they have good tread.

I'd be happy to give you feedback on X or Y, but I don't know what they are unless you ask.

The car is in Lexington SC. The address is meaningless, because I will be relocating it in a couple of days. I am available most weekday evenings, and may be able to make myself available on the weekends. I suggest you contact me and ask, and I will be happy to make arrangements.

I thought this car was sold, but apparently the deal fell through, so I am bumping this thread.

I'd sure like to see this car in the hands of someone who cares. 😊

Did you get my response?

I'm losing money at this price, and the transport makes it worse. I just don't have much negotiating room.

I responded again.

does the coupe have the improved suspension parts? I thought it was just the formula and the gt. I`d buy it if someone was willing to put it back together again.

I`m trying to sell a 1987 fiero so I`m kind of pressed for space myself. I have a 1986 fiero in the garage trying to change the altenator and I have the 1988 coupe club car I`m working on when I feel like it setting beside the garage behind the blue 1987.

I WORKED FOR CLAY YOUNG (FACTORY FIERO TEAM)
TOOK A COUPLE APART SO WE COULD HANG THEM IN THE CELING FOR SPACE AND PUT A 400 SB CHEVY IN MY BROTHERS WIDEBODY, BUT THAT'S BEEN YEARS AGO.  I MENTIONED THE REASON I BOUGHT THESE C4 CORVETTE'S IS I WANTED A FRONT ENGINE FIERO. THERE ARE PLENTY MORE FOLKS ON HERE THAT MAY BE MUCH MORE QUALIFIED, THEY DIDN'T OFFER
