New Year's Resolutions?
« on: December 31, 2017, 01:55:34 pm »
When it comes to your Fiero, is anyone making resolutions for the new year?  Something along the lines of, ”In 2018, I will...”, or, ”In 2018, my Fiero will...”

Posting them here will enlist support from the rest of us in follow-through.

Resolve the handling problem in my 86SE.
Install the stainless vacuum lines in my 87GT.
Win a lottery jackpot so I can install a 7730 system and have my 87GT painted.
There are three kinds of men:

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

F23 connecting power to ground
My wife won't ride in it. It's "the other woman" ;)

Yes. Currently is 4, but in the interest in full disclosure, one is is with pgackerman that we rescued. So, 3 1/2?   Anyway,
I've decided that they're just like women and I can only handle one at a time, even though I may daydream about others on occasion. I understand my capacities and limits and that's ONE.
The other three are going to good homes...other than mine.

I normally don't do New Years resolutions, because they are generally destined to fail. (At least mine are.)
But I'm going to install all (or at least some) of the crap that I've hoarded up for the coupe.
And I'm going to decide on which engine to swap in, and get on with it. (Right now, I'm leaning toward the LZ9/LGD 3900. Which way is the wind blowing?)

My Plan Is To Have Pull-A-Part Come And Get
The 88 Formula Parts Car.
It Was Supposed To Go To My Grandson, But He Decided He Did Not Want It
When He Moved To Colorado.

Here's to a success!

What are the other swap options?

Mine are...forgotten.  I made a list, mostly likely, but I'm not sure.  If I was sure, I'd look for it.

I intend to take all 88 stuff that matters -- front suspension parts, rear suspension parts, cradle. What goes to Pull-a part or where ever won't be a rolling chassis.
The more complex the mind, the greater the need for the simplicity of play.

I guess this is no longer available.

Maybe this is still an option.
