Looking for late (87-88) tank.
« on: April 05, 2018, 09:28:52 pm »
Not for me.

Pat Moody (aka handymanpat) is looking for a late (87-88) tank.
I thought I remembered hearing about one that may be... around.

He is willing to pay for shipping.
He is (IIRC) in Texas. He has shipped tanks before. Said that he remembers shipping coming to ~$45, so it shouldn't be too prohibitive. (Yeah... Surprised me, too.)

Edit - Pat also has a crapload of parts for sale or trade, if anyone is interested. Calipers, knuckles, control arms, etc.

Contact Tha Driver.  He has The Warrior Project car that had a good fuel tank in it.  It's an 88.  imthadriver "at" yahoo dot com

2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

Cool! I think Charlie told me a while back that you had registered and been approved. (He and Pat manually scan all the registration requests, due to the large number of spammers/scammers/bots.)
Said he hadn't seen you since. Good to see you here.

Pat, based on our correspondence, I think you'll be a great asset here.  I'm glad you're here.

This may seem like just another message board, but we're generally better.

Hey, I have dealt with all of you guys at some point over the 3 years I have been on the forum, I did not know you were all from this group!
I will get a hold of tha driver. I know I have either bought or sold things with him in the past.
Thanks Pat

If not, careful search for an '88 tank yielded this:

Shipping is pricey.
