Melanie's Grand Prix had wheels like that.  They were also available on certain year Grand Am's, but were a different lug pattern than the Grand Prix.  Could be the correct lug pattern since earlier Grand Am's with the Tech wheels were 5 x 100mm lug pattern.  There were several style wheels offered, including cross lace wheels similar to our GT and Formula wheels.  There is actually a young man here in town with a Grand Am with those wheels.

The Grand Am used the 5 x 100mm bolt pattern from 1988 thru 1998.

There are three kinds of men:

2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

They're from a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix.

Yeah, that's what Melanie's 2000 GP had on it.  They come in high polish or matte.  But the same design was available on the Grand Am in a 16 x 6.5.  Just don't know what year.  If later than the 98, it would be the wrong lug pattern for a Fiero.

Couldn't find it in a wheel search for 98 Grand Am but I did find them on a 99 Grand Am and I found the Fiero crosslace wheels on Parts Geek.  Part Number: 4700-04037229.
