It Is A Good Thing The T-Tops Were Off !

The Rock Would Have Had A Major Headache !

He-he-he!  I think if the T-tops had been on, the Rock's head would have popped them off at the first bump!

Mrs. FGTB (Ms. 70 Chevelle) has a good friend in Florida who is married to (now a former) police officer in Davie, Fla (a 'burb of Fort Lauderdale), who pulled over Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson for a traffic stop a few years ago. The officer said it was the most scared he'd ever been (even though The Rock cooperated), thinking, "What if this guy decides to go wild on me?!!!"

We ran across this GT up on I-75 after the meeting today....anyone know this guy?





Didn't know where else to post them...so I threw them in here.  I think I need to slow down the shutter speed a bit, hard to believe we were doing 60+mph in those photos.

Nice looking car.  Don't know who the driver is but he sure is an Old One.    ;)

I saw a black GT on the way home from work today. He honked at me, and got in front of me, so I didn't see the driver. I tried to take a picture, but accidentally put my phone on video, so this pic is a frame from that.

The owner of the black GT PM'ed me on Pennock's. He's registered as ridder654 there, but I couldn't find any posts from him. I invited him to our next meeting.

I spotted a teal blue fastback today at about 11:30 on Kilcrease Road in Auburn, turning west onto Ga. 316.  Never seen it before.

This movie, PAIN AND GAIN, comes out this Friday, April 26.

Incredibly, there is even one scene where all three stars (all of whom are pretty buffed up: Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, Mark Wahlberg, and Anthony Mackie) are in the Formula at the same time!  :-)

Probably the strangest use of a Fiero in an advertisement I've ever seen: This came up as I was searching for something totally unrelated today.  From a law firm's blog, and I believe the Fiero is a model car that has actually been photoshopped into the picture!

It probably is a model car.  The lower trim is black instead of silver.  The GT was silver and the later SE's were black.  Fiero GT is on the right rear tail light instead of the deck lid.  The deck lid looks like it's partially up and twisted.  The cutouts for the exhaust extend into the vertical face of the rear fascia.  Actual exhaust cutouts were only in the lower surfaces of the fascia.  There's also a strange black band that runs up the windshield post, across the edge of the top and frames the quarter window.  This doesn't fit any lines of the notchback.  It does look like it has a Florida license plate, though.

Hold down the Ctrl button and press the + key 10 times = New Glasses.  Then hold down the Ctrl button and press the - key 10 times to get back to normal.
