I saw this one at the Year One car show today...and bought it..$5.
It's all wrong though, The package says "1984 Pontiac Fiero"
It has a wing...it's yellow...it has the '88 front nose but the old style wheels.
It has a plaque on the back:
1984 PONTIAC FIERO
The 1984 Pontiac Fiero was the first two-seater car made by Pontiac since the coupes of the late 20's and early 30's. The Fiero was originally marketed as a fuel-efficient commuter car, due to it's size and modest engine - a 2.5: I4. However, the public saw this car as more of a sport coupe, for the nearly 137,000 Fieros sold that year, only about 7,000 were base models. All the others were Sport, SE, and Indy models that were based on the prestigious pace cars used at the Indianapolis 500.
