I encountered this guy at a gas station. He was interested in joining a club, but didn't know of any.
Obviously, the luggage rack had been removed, but the holes were not plugged. I could stick my finger into the holes. It is a 4-cylinder, despite the Fiero GT logo, but is is an '85. The wheels and tires are non-stock. The seats have black leather down the center, but cloth on the sides, such as the bolsters. The glove box and door map pockets do not have any Fiero logos on them. The car has a 3-spoke steering wheel, with the Fiero emblem. There is a hood scoop, but it brings air into the spare tire compartment. I don't know what's wrong with the sunroof, but it has a lot of extra rubber pieces, and the wind deflector is non-stock. The exhaust tips had been replaced, one of which is decorative. Obviously the spoiler is non-stock.
It's an automatic.
The paint looks terrible, but he plans to change the rear clip to a fastback, and then show the car.
He was telling me some of the things he's done to the car. Apparently, all warping was fixed by securing the warp in place with a screw. This included the door panel, at the top rear.
It's on the road, being driven, so that counts for something.
