For people who order RFTH shirts, how far in advance should they place their order, to have their shirt for the event?

Are you getting your shirt on a time share?

I prefer to not take any orders after the 10th of September.  Usually they can do them within a week unless they have to order shirts or have another major project going on.  September is a time for all kinds of booster club shirts so they could get very busy.

Did we get a number for lunch and dinner restaurants?

Lunch and dinner headcount is a part of the registration sheet.  They must indicate the number of persons in their party that will be joining us to eat.  I call the lunch restaurant before we depart and the dinner restaurant as we leave our lunch restaurant.

I need 2 people to print out at least 10 RFTH 24 Route Sheet and Information Packets.  At least 10 sets with limited color.  Any volunteers?

I have plenty of ink. I'll print out 20 if you want me to.

Thank you, Pat.  I'll send the files to you this weekend.

Mike, there are two gas stops planned.  There are some other gas stations along the route, but they may or may not be open.  The ones I've chosen are strategically located for mileage and for a restroom.  I plan the fuel stops based on 20MPG and max of 150 miles distance.

Do we normally do a club meeting the same month as the run?

Yes, we still have the monthly meeting.  Final planning and organization for THE DAY.  Who's doing what, bringing what, convoy, meeting place, etc.

I'm not sure how, but this event is linked to the calendar twice.
