There were no candidates for the Club Officer positions. Only the Board of Directors are elected for 2020 and will control the operation of the club. Fierofool will remain as Secretary/Treasurer.
Scott Brown volunteered to fill the 4th position on The Board of Directors. The 5th position is still vacant.
Continuation of Run For The Hills planning was discussed with the subject of someone helping with the 2020 RFTH to get some insight into how things are planned and routes selected, shirt designs determined and shirts printed. I will be turning RFTH over to someone else after the 2020 RFTH, so if the event is to continue, someone has to take over.
Responding to an inquiry about club baseball caps, a source and pricing was presented to the members present. Setup cost is $30 which should be covered by the club. Hats with the club logo will cost between $16 and $20 each, depending upon the quantity ordered at any single order.
There was some discussion of the All Pontiacs at Pigeon Forge show, and brief mention of the Georgia Triumph Association's yearly Polar Bear Run on December 28.
