Chrome ground effects on a Fiero?
« on: December 31, 2019, 06:52:24 pm »
On the pre-'88 Fieros, I was messing with an image, and happened to apply a effdct that seemed to make all of the lower portion appear to be chromed.  I'm thinking that would be a bad idea, but it sure looked sharp.  This was on an Indy.  I am generally not a fan of chrome.

When we had Ray's black 86 painted, a brighter silver was used.  Looked good.  So, when I had my 87 painted, I had him use a slightly lighter silver.  I'm very happy with the color.  But I don't know about chrome on some colors.  I don't think the silver used on Ray's car would look good on a blue or medium red or white or gold car.
