I have an idea for the thermometer. Take 2 fiero center door moldings duct taped end to end with a rectal thermometer taped to the very end. If the person taking the temp has a fully outstretched arm that should be six feet. The person having the temp taken would be facing away in case they sneeze or cough. Their head would be low to the ground due to being bent over and that would help a cough not spread up into the air.

I might be the only one, but I am not sure a restaurant meeting will be a good idea. All the medical data says we will be right at a peak transmission upswing around then if people abandon the SIP and quarantine protocols. So I am a no for that one.

There was a suggestion for meeting at the shop, rather than a restaurant.

I just spoke with Pat and Scott.  The meeting/workshop will take place at Scott's shop on Canton Hwy in Cumming, Ga. at 10AM, May 9.

If you don't know the location of the shop and wish to attend, please email for directions at GeorgiaFieroClub@Gmail.Com

The club will order pizza for delivery.  We will have tea and soda for refreshment.

Temperatures will be checked at the door and the wearing of protective masks is requested if you have them.

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

A definite "maybe". Let me see what's going on. It's now at least a 1.5 hour drive. One way.

Everyone bring a can of Brakeclean for sterilizing purposes (that stuff kills anything).

Can that be injected? You know... like Lysol?

Just in the news tonight -- two men died of poisoning from drinking a cocktail of cleaning products and mouth wash.

Suicide?  That would be my first thought, I bet investigators will do a full background check in light of the POTUS statement.  To be honest, and I do not much care for him at all as a leader, I took him to be spit balling the development of a new system to cleanse oneself once you get it, not putting out you should drink Lysol.  Then again I am educated with an advanced degree and 85% of Americans are not (not that that guarantees smarts).  One guest on the Sunday morning political talk shows commented and called him a Witch Doctor, which I got a kick out of.  I think the real sad part was that the woman he was talking to ( I forget her name)  is the advisory physician and she just sat there not looking at him (purposely not making eye contact) and did not correct him or say a word.  They are all weak in fear of being fired and loosing the big fancy lifestyle, pathetic.

And on the original subject;  I happen to drive by the Duluth Diner yesterday around 11:30am and they had a huge banner at the road that proclaimed they were open and had about 10 cars in the front parking lot.  There was a lot of signage posted on the door I noticed from the road but did not stop to read as I was pulling the boat up to the lake at the time.
