Where are other Carlisle-like gatherings around the Country?

You may want to put this in a separate thread, but "like" in what way?

Goodguys and NSRA Events are similar, held several times a year at large fair grounds locations and each would let in fiero's because of age (25 year old cut off).  But these started as street rod shows and if you brought a fiero you'd probably be the only one there.

Back to the 80's in Minneapolis would be appropriate.  This is a spinoff show from their usual Back to the 50s event.

The Radwood events starting recently in CA and slowly spreading are 80s car focused.  Follow on IG to see what they are up to.

Nice.

The Grand Prix looks like a crime scene.

Do not climb on animals, or dinosaurs?  Did not see either.  I wonder if people climb on the sculptures?

The Grand Prix had something about zombies written on the back.

When I first saw the Dinosaur Land picture I thought they all looked like toys.

Great pics! I still want a 37 Chevy. My dad used to have one.

A few more from Carlisle.

Trenten's LS4 Turbo 1987GT.  Going for 900 HP for the strip and boost dialed down for 500 HP for the road.

What's up front.  And there's another intercooler in the trunk.

What's underneath.  A complete Corvette drivetrain, front and rear, including power steering.

The sit-around at the hotel after the show.

Something you don't see every year.  Found this in Virginia.

I see some familiar faces.  John's shoes didn't match his clothes.  What gives?

Not sure.  It could be attributed to what's in that Hard Luck Award cup.

Unless his luggage got lost, leading to the hard luck award, he has been...able to make things match under many circumstances.

Who got the EGR adapter?

No club participation award?  I didn't see anything for GFC people, but maybe missed it.
