The Fiero next to Budgetman is a unique color of blue.

Not really unique, it's on a lot of Mustangs

Never noticed it on a Mustang, but certainly unique on a Fiero.

That color really looks good on a notchback.  In my opinion, and I've tried to envision it, it's not suitable for a fastback.

That color is outstanding!
I think it could look good on a fastback, too. (Says the guy with the blue-gray fastback. :D )

In any case, it's a very good paint job. Panel off, I think.

I've always wanted to try a deep blue--but probably not on a Fiero.

One of our former members had a deep blue aero notchie. Think it may have been an 85 GT. It was beautiful.
(But then... I like Fieros, so they mostly all are. :D )

I wonder where it was done?

If that's the same one I'm thinking of, it was an 85GT and it was painted with some Delta Airlines blue that one of his friends had a bunch of.

The light blue car is an SE (86 or 87), and EVERYTHING apparently was painted, even the drip rail on the roof. The sail panels are aftermarket, and are very nice.

I forget who sold panels like those.  I see some like that, from time to time.

Would anyone like to go along with me this Saturday, May 15 to take a look at 2 roads in the Highlands, Cashiers area.  These are to possibly replace the rough road that we traveled on during the scouting trip.  Then lunch at Cornucopia in Cashiers.

The scouting run for the optional roads will have to be delayed.  North Carolina has declared a state of emergency for gasoline supplies.  Once the pipeline is up and runnning again, we can make the trip.
