I am good with a Sunday meeting at the diner.  We can also have the Board Meeting following the regular meeting if that works for everyone.

The only thing wrong with a Sunday meeting at the diner is that it's traditional for church goers to flood the restaurants at about our meeting time. I don't know how much Covid has affected that, however.

If on Sunday, a later meeting might be best.  Maybe 2-ish.   

If held on Saturday, the VP should be able to fill in for the Pres.  If it's a Board meeting, the Chairman of the Board is the one that conducts that meeting.  So, that would be Gabe in both instances.

The meeting will be held Saturday April 10th 130pm. I will not be in attendance. Gabe and I will go over everything before the meeting.

I think I counted 4 people, possibly 5 for the meeting, including 3 board members.  Is that enough to make decisions?

Three board members is enough to make a decision, but it would be best to have more.
