Does this really work?

Have you seen an advertisement for a gas saving product and are wondering if it really works. The US EPA tests many of these, and you can read their reports here.

Most of those dates are last decade.  Is that the last time they tested anything or is it just an old link?

Yeah, I noticed that, but one -- the magnets on the gas line -- was recent (and didn't work).
