They may be. The caliper itself looks fairly new. The bracket is OEM. The owner up in Woodstock put some money into the brakes before scrapping the car. All the calipers are shiny and clean with new bleeders, and all 4 wheels had new pads and clips. Two new rear brake lines and one new front brake line.
Without pads, Advance gets $77 each plus $55 core.
