Door courtesy “puddle lights”

Has anyone seen, or even installed, door puddle courtesy lights? A search on Pennocks came up with only one find. While my interior is apart I am considering different “little” projects. I found some companies that make the lights and they can also make custom logos. Just don’t know how good they might look.

Have not done but it cant be too hard.  I assume they are cut into the bottom of the door and just splice into the footwell lights on each side.  Only issue I see is if you do not have power mirrors and/or windows you will need to add wire conduit into the doors/jams.  I bet you may find some you can remove from higher end modern cars at a boneyard.

I’ve got 4 sets in my garage but haven’t got to them yet. Plan to install them in the mirror.
