Ok, time for an up date. Swelling has gone way down. Range of movement in my right leg is now -2 to + 130 degrees. Right arm and shoulder coming along well getting stronger. With the exception of my right knee swollen, all visible signs on my body are gone. Mental state ( which was questionable to begin with) Im even more parinoid (spelling) about other people who are out there in cars and trucks that think they have to get there first. We drove back to Alabama for some things that have to be taken care of yesterday. Last night in Athens, there was a multiple car wreck in which people died.

18 years ago we were in a very bad wreck caused by a ladder blowing out of the bed of a pick-up, the car next to us swerved, lost controll and took us head on into a Jersey wall at 60+.  I still will not get anywhere near a truck with ladders or junk in the back.

The physical therapy one receives when doing Run For The Hills is good for the mind and body.

Glad you are mending well, Ron.
There are three kinds of men:

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers
