I have a set of commercial grade easy-outs.  Not the reverse twist drill bit type, but they are short and turned with the use of a socket and ratchet.  If you can get the electrode out of the plugs, you can insert it down into the center of the base of the plug.
There are three kinds of men:

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

I got the plugs out with a EZ Out set I bought over the weekend. I sprayed them with PB blaster and waited a couple hours. Periodically spraying more on them. I stuck the EZ Out in there and with a great bit of effort and a busted elbow, I got both #1 and #4 broken plugs out. #2 and #3 were easily removed without loss. :-)
Here is my re-build thread

I took over 60 pics this weekend showing what I was doing to the ol' girl.

i was in our salvage yard today and picked up three radio/heater control surrounds all in restorable conditiod i.e. glue and paint, plus i have two more in the attic. i also picked up a good glove box door in very good condition. theres a good sunroof glass in a 85gt most everything else is gone. theres a "84" there not to much to get, it does have a brand new spare tire in it looks like it's never been on the ground. both the "84" and the "87 coupe have good body panels and bumpers all the way around. i also have a set of turbo wheels with tires i'll sell the set for $200.00 dollars. the tires are NEGOTIATOR NS 70's steel belted radials--- P195/70R 14" 90S M+S plain blackwalls. threadwear-300,traction-A,temperature-B. these tires have around 1000 miles on them. the wheels are the alloys that look they have a swazesticker design in them. they were on my "85 gt" when i got it. there also at the yard was a console with door complete just setting in the "87 coupe".
