Guess who just bought her first car with her own saved money?
Our daughter Shanine is the proud owner of an 84 automatic with a rebuilt engine! Black on tan.

She is thinking of a name for the forum right now.

When we asked her if she didn't want a newer model Fiero with an automatic, her reply was " Gotta keep Lee busy, plus I know he hates 84s" ;D

Good substance car, needs some TLC and a bit of cosmetic work, but all in all quite decent for the low price she paid for it. Asking price was 1800, Shanine got it for 600 after I looked at it and pointed out all the things needing repair/replacement.

3 Fieros in the family now, does that make it a herd or a flock? ;D

First, congratulations, Shanine!

Since "Fiero" means "proud" in Italian, I believe it should be a "pride" of Fieros... !

Has a totally different translation in Spanish:
Fierce, cruel, bloodthirsty, ferocious.

As I am outnumbered 3 to 1 female to male ratio at our house, I'm not sure I like my odds here!

Gaggle.  But I think it needs to be more than three - so you have to buy a couple more.  ;D
And lets see some photos!  ;)

Fortunately, we have three toilets and two baths in the house, or I'd be building an out-house. I'll be putting one in the man-cave in the cellar though, which I'll try to make OFF LIMITS to everyone else!

Congrats, Shanine.  Just remember, drive it like your dad drives, not like your mom drives :D and Don, it doesn't take much effort for a man to make a toilet undesirable to women.
There are three kinds of men:

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

She is now also a member on the forum as "PurpleHaze" and a due paying member in our club.

I gues her forum name is derived from her intentions of having her Fiero painted black with a purple metalic haze in the paint.
Her car, her choice. ;D

That's good.  I thought she might have gotten the idea from your efforts to keep the Man Cave's toilet off limits to women.  ;)

So Jimmy Hendrix is turning over in his grave?
The more complex the mind, the greater the need for the simplicity of play.

PURPLE HAZE all in my mind...
'cuse me while I shift this gear!

Or something like that!

Jimi would probably just whisper something softly like, "Yeah, man, I really dig it!"

Purple Haze pulling on-to the road,
Drivin's more fun, and I sure know why,
'cuse me while I take this turn!

Driving the Purple Haze all around town,
Don't know if I'm comin' up or down,
GPS must be broke, and I don't care,
Coz drivin' that Fiero gets me lotsa stares!

LOL!

Too bad Tim isn't candidating as a board member, I'd nominate him to be the club jester!
