That was my line.

What is the advantage of a shorter leg?

I think he means it's shorter than the other prosthetic that it replaced.  This one is a better match.

II wanted to post a picture of my new leg, but I don't know how to do it on here.

If the weather cooperates, we will have BBQ tomorrow (birthday), Sunday, (group picnic), and later this (birthday).  Maybe the end of this month, but sadly no more BBQs until September.

Today, I got pulled pork ftom Sugarfier, but the meat was very dry.  Next time, maybe a pint of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ helper.

Just wondering, but have you ever been gifted something that had falled off of a cheap vehicle, or that had been removed from a cheap vehicle, due to damage?

Somewhere on here, someone mentioned something about checking their clutch, or their brakes, or something.  This was at least a week ago, but maybe a month or 2 ago.  My recollection is that it was on the last scouting run.  I have searched high and low, and cannot find this.

Just FYI, I'm trying to add someone else's hindsight to me foresight.

You did a good job posting the upper part of my leg. But I'm still not walking on it.

Try walking on a leg that's no longer there...

Have not done that, but worked on a farm for 6 months with no use of 1 arm.

Tying my shoes (or any knots), buckling my belt, brushing my teeth, cutting my meat, driving a manual, just about anything on a tractor, starting a lawn mower, etc were challenging.

My leg still has the  nerve  feelings there, and  can still feel my leg and wiggle my toes. I still have my thigh but not my knee and it's hard to get it to bend, but my ankle works good. And I did walk with a cane today.

True, I had no nerve feelings.  My right arm was completely dead.  The doctors wanted to amputate, but I refused.  I had to learn to write left handed.

How did you mow your lawn?

If you have no knee, how do you have an ankle?  Prosthetic?
