Don, don't worry about the $1,949,192,800.  I have it on good word that Tim will be very satisfied with a Hug and a Kiss  :D

867 Bugatti Veyrons = $1,949,192,800.
1 Fiero Mera = Priceless

Oh, yeah; your cable was the only thing that stood up to the fire, so I won't need a refund on that.  ;- )

Laughing so hard, I almost spit coffee thru my nose at my flatscreen! Just went online to check my savings. Turns out I can only cover a portion of the claim! ;D

Anne says she still has a Hersheys Hug left over from yesterday's meeting, might be a bit melted but still good.

Boy, even though I started it, I'm stepping out of THIS conversation right now. The devil on my left shoulder wants me to take the jokes down another notch, but the angel on my right shoulder is hitting me on the head with a hammer!

BTW: I think your submitted claim is fraudulent regarding the priceless Mera.
I heard from a reliable source that the Mera in question is seldomly parked in that garage, as it spends more time at Whodeanies!

Sorry Tim - couldn't resist that one ;D

\envious of your Mera Don

Tim, it was all in fun and I've got to say that you're a really great sport....and Don, I heard the Mera is back at Whodeanie's right now.  Seems they're trying to match the red of Tim's face after I kissed him.

I said I was out of this downhill conversation, but, what the heck, you guys make it too tempting!

1. Don: Don't make too much of Charlie kissing me on the cheek. The cheapskate got the kiss, but wouldn't even buy my dinner for it!

2. The shade of red I turned could not be duplicated on this planet.

3. No, my Mera doesn't "Live at WhoDeanie's."  It just takes a few "Spa Days" there once in awhile.

Now, when I owned a Cadillac Allante', I used to say that it was the only car I'd ever bought on a "time-share" plan: I got to drive it two weeks a year, and the mechanics got to keep it the other 50 weeks.

Gotta love how this thread went from an alternator issue to a ground cable sales thread to a good roast ;D

Do you have access to the crimpers for the large lugs? Or are you having someone else build the cables.
My positive cable is a bit long, and the excess is "skillfully" looped around between the firewall and cradle. Would like to shorten it a foot or two.

OK, I'm doing the front mount battery on Anne's (84) 85 next week and will be making the thick gauge cables to run to the front.
If anybody wants some custom made, with the terminals/lugs crimped on, let me know the exact length and I'll have them made together with mine next week.
