RFTH Tshirt Photoshopper Needed

I need someone who's good with PhotoShop to design/help design the RFTH Tshirt.  Some work has been done, but personal schedules take precedent and may affect progress/completion.  If you can help out, please let me know.

The image is in my head and no one has succeeded in getting in there, yet.  Including me.  I remain out of my head. 

The image I have would need to be explained to you and generated by someone.  It must include a Dragon and Fieros.

On a more serious note, I'm trying to come up with a decal design for the event; something like this rough draft.
Just imagine what I could do with PhotoShop, as all I use is the primitive MS Paint

It probably isn't as far as the words go.  Ron that owns the Dragons Den at the south end of the dragon has many trademarked or registered subjects related to The Tail of The Dragon, and Ken Wheeler also has lots of things he sells for Tail of The Dragon.  They're only a few miles apart and if one of them had it trademarked, there would probably be only one of them using the term in print and products.

I like the shield, but how about making the line that goes around the edge the tail of the dragon, like the fiero logo does and put a heart spike at the end.

And instead of "Tail of the Dragon",...maybe "Slaying the Dragon"
