Charity Car Show
« on: September 13, 2011, 05:36:36 pm »
Meatloaf Sandwiches asked me to post this for him.  It's a charity event put on by his church.  This is also one of the events where Whodeanie rolls out one of his customs.  Meatloaf would like to have a whole line of Fieros on either side of Whodeanies with a sign that says "Ours used to look like his."  For further information call the church at 770-345-5723. The first 100 registrants will get a t-shirt and a little participation plaque and a small "goodie bag". To register online go to: www.hopewellbaptist.com and click on the car show spot.

There are three kinds of men:

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

Thank you for posting that Charlie! Here is a little more info:to insure being able to park together we should register online and next to your name put Georgia Fiero Club in parenthesis, that way they can gan get an idea of how many spots are needed, then try to show up 30-45 minutes early. Also, this is a fundraiser and we all just enjoy cars so no need for your ride to be perfect! If you need more info, contact me or call the church @770-345-5723
Thanks in advance to everyone!

Isn't this (Oct 8) the day of the monthly meeting at Galaxy Diner ?  Why not move the meeting to the car show?

Just a thought .....

My work schedule is SO screwed up right now is why I am conspicuous by my absence.  If anybody talks to Pat, tell him I hope he gets better and that future club meets will be at a health food restaurant. Have fun at RFTH everybody !

It is bittersweet for me however because i am going to be stuck in Alaska longer than i thought and will not be able to make it myself :'(
I do hope we can have a large representation there though

:-\ anyone else having this problem so i can contact the administrator? in the meantime, you can call the church at: 770-345-5723 in the morning and one of the ladies there will set you up. A good friend of mine is the head of parking the show cars so no real worries about a spot with the rest of the guys ;) I hope someone takes lots of pics to post because I really am bummed to miss it.

okay, so I got an e-mail from our "computer guy" he said that he has no idea why the register on line feature is not working but we can just download the pamphlet, fill it out the e-mail it back to ted.miller@hopewellbaptist.com.....OR we can print out the form fill it out and bring it and the fee on the day of the event 30minutes, or so, early. did I hear someone say Fiero Convoy?!? ;D
